Hello! I’m Tynise. I am a native Washingtonian and love all things DC (except for the horrific potholes). My favorite color is royal blue and favorite food is macaroni and cheese. I love God, family, and flowers! Pure Elegance Events was started by myself in 2007. I’ve been designing weddings and events in the DMV area for over a decade and I thoroughly enjoy my clients! During the design process, I often develop a bond with my clients! It is an honor to know that you helped design the most important moments of their lives. I don’t take that lightly!

What people say about me? I have a keen eye for design and style. I consider the small details that the average person would not think about. I can be anywhere and see a pattern and come up with a complete design idea. As a result, my clients benefit from this for their wedding or special event! I believe in quality work, which is preceded by countless hours organizing and planning. I love what I do!
